Chef Sahar Hamdan is the head chef, founder, and owner of Ree7an Kitchen. With a passion for cooking unlike any other, she had a dream of bringing her homemade recipes to the people of the UAE.

After 3 years of testing and perfecting the recipes, her dream had finally come to life on November 2017 as Ree7an Kitchen opened its' doors and welcomed every visitor with open arms and a serving of homemade dishes made from the heart.
​
As a Palestinian Jordanian, Chef Sahar specializes in making the traditional Mansaf and Musakhan with ingredients imported directly from locals in the home countries. She also specializes in other homely dishes such as Waraq Enab, Maqloubeh, Kabseh, and much more.
